WAADI registration: This guarantees that the organisation is registered as an employment agency.
WKA declaration from HM Revenue and Customs (copy not older than 3 months): This confirms that the organisation meets its tax obligations.
G-account agreement from the lender: This protects both the lender and the client from tax risks.
IBAN bank account number in the name of the company: For transparent financial transactions.
Insurer's certificate with declaration of coverage and premium payment for liability insurance: This guarantees that the organisation is insured for business liability.
Accident statistics for the past 3 years (F.I. indexing): This provides insight into the organisation's safety performance.
SNA registration based on NEN 4400-1 or NEN 4400-2: This certificate shows that the organisation meets the quality requirements for employment agencies.
Membership in employer organisations NBBU or ABU (with NEN 4400-1): This provides additional guarantees regarding quality and collective bargaining.
Declaration of registration SNF: This concerns organisations working in healthcare that meet specific quality standards.
If not ABU or NBBU: Membership in employer organisations VIB, VSB, OnderhoudNL: This guarantees quality for companies outside the traditional employment rights.
Letterhead template: For transparency in communication.
Completed Excel file VMF update: This ensures consistent and up-to-date data.
Registration in the PayOK register: This shows that the lender meets the standards of PayOK.

Regular Certification and Control

To ensure the quality of our collaboration, we are also bound by a strict routine for monitoring certifications. This includes:

Annually: VCU certificate for employment agencies.
Annually: Registration with SNA under NEN 4400-1 or NEN 4400-2 (copies not older than 3 months).
Annually: Declaration of registration SNF.
Extract from Companies House (or upon any changes).
Every 3 months: Recent WKA declaration from HM Revenue and Customs.
Annually: PayOK certificate.
On request: Document/declaration regarding the amount of the taxable salary of the employee concerned.
