How it all began

" The roots of SupportForce trace back to a critical staffing shortage in the Dutch healthcare sector. Local healthcare providers struggled to meet patient care needs due to a lack of qualified professionals. Recognizing the gap, we saw the opportunity to facilitate cross-border staffing solutions — connecting highly skilled professionals with organizations in need of their expertise. The success of that first connection ignited our journey, and from there, we built a platform that scaled across industries and countries.
